3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We use a few services to run the business, which handle information on our behalf:
- Formspree (form provider): receives what you type into the enquiry form and emails it to us. Formspree is based in the USA, so your information may be transferred outside the UK. See their privacy policy at formspree.io.
- Netlify (website hosting) and Google Fonts (the fonts on this site): they receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads the page.
- Instagram / Meta: if you message or follow us there, Meta’s own privacy policy applies.
- An email marketing service we use to send news and offers (to be named here once chosen), which stores your email address and handles unsubscribes.
- Payment, accounting and cloud storage providers we use for taking payment and keeping records.
- Professional advisers, or the authorities, if the law requires.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking: up to 12 months, then deleted.

- News and offers sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email address.
- Event photos and audio recordings: we keep the files only until your digital gallery, USB stick or recordings have been delivered, then delete them within 90 days of your event, unless you have agreed we can keep particular photos to show our work.

6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to: see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We’ll reply within one month.
